I agree with Mike; no and heck no.  Their “about us” says they are all about the customers without actually saying anything.  The contact is email only, no phone no address.  Just fyi, the domain “xyz” blurb is to “provide users around the world competition and choice when it comes to their domain name” so, anybody anywhere = beware.

Run, don't walk far away! 

Any site with no phone or address with a contact only via their web site can and will vanish with the click of a mouse.  Run fast, run far, run now.
