I bought this # 975 Signal Bridge by Model Power at the East Coast Large Scale Train Show York Pa. today. There were no instructions and I wanted to know if it works on AC or DC power. I plan to use this with my future Standard Gauge railroad.  I have attached a few photos.

If the lamps are incandescent, you can use AC or DC.  If they are LED's, use DC or call the manufacturer.

But...it appears that the signals on the bridge are not prototypical, but whimsical, since they have just one lamp per head.  You will probably change them to something more usable, such as heads with two or three lamps, or something you can build with a tri-color LED, and in that case you will be using DC.
