Is it really true (Lionel shipping SD60E's)

According to Charles Ro web site the expected delivery of the SD60E (includes the First Responders, Honoring our vets and GO RAIL) was changed from 12/10/2016 to 11/15/2016. Also I was looking on flea bay and they are also for sale. Is this really true? I have been waiting a while for these.

Got word from Legacy Station that my SD60E Veterans unit arrived yesterday, shipped today and I'll receive it tomorrow. thumb
