I forwarded this directly to Kirk.
It appears that APPLE closed down this service 'mobileme' and the customer would have to transfer everything over to iCloud (another APPLE product).

They had several months warning, someone wasn't paying attention. I know Elliot was facing the same problem, hope they got it fixed.
If I remember correctly iCloud does not do web hosting any longer
