Today a red banner at the top of my browser window (Google Chrome) has a red bar that states "It looks like you have changed time zones." How do iget rid of it?

This has been discussed twice before on here. It seems nothing can be done, so you just have to live with it as far as I can tell. The last topic on this just got deleted a few days ago.

Seems that only some folks get the red bar? Maybe a setting somewhere on your PC... Windows?
I am using Chrome and Win 10 and so far no red bar. But, I have seen others here that also have the problem.
I get that as I travel to/from the east coast until I change the time zone on the laptop. Living in Phoenix, I don't have it set to auto change time or zone. I tried that once and it didn't work correctly though it may have been fixed since then.
