In NE Pennsylvania: The Anthracite Hi-Railers on Black Friday from 5-9 P.M. and Sunday from 1-4 PM. (See them on Facebook for directions other dates) and the Hudson Model Railroad Club (HO) in Wilkes-Barre (Plains) on Friday from 6-9 PM. (Steam Themed) and Saturday and Sunday (Modern Era) from 12-5 P.M. (See Facebook for directions and an ample list of more open houses).  Both club's layouts highly detailed and run long trains.   I hope to get to visit the same clubs that prrhorshoecurve listed above over the holiday season.  All are within ten minutes of each other and worth the trip.

Richmond, VA

Virginia Train Collectors had a show on Saturday and Sunday. Well attended.

The Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after Thanksgiving is an all scales event at the children’s science museum down town. All scales and a big draw.

Beginning on the following weekend, the RC3R’s will have our O scale layouts at The Great Big Greenhouse through the middle of January.

And yes, Tom Gilsdorf (aka Santa, has the beard at optimum length).

Merry Christmas.

I love this time of year!

There are also several HO club layouts that are open over the next several weeks.   Here is a good list - Model Railroad Shows November 2022-March 2023 (royersfordmodular.org)

I don't know if it counts as an open house, but the Allegheny West (Pittsburgh) holiday home tour includes an option to visit the layouts and displays of the late John Desantis.  While I'm hopeful that John's display will be kept intact, given his untimely passing you never know.  If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend going while you still can.

https://alleghenywest.org/tour...hristmas-house-tour/ says that the tours are sold out, but tickets for the train display are still available.

Also, I'd like to suggest that people include the name of the city (and state if necessary) when posting about open houses.

Prob will go check out The Model RR club in union/springfield NJ. Kind of a family tradition, and we go to see how much (or little) has been done on the huge expansion they put on the layout building a lot of years ago and are creating an expanded layout in. Makes me feel less badly about how slow my own layout build is going. In all seriousness, they have a fun holiday 'show' on the existing layout, even if I have seen it prob 20 times, still chokes me up a bit. They are open the next several weekends.
