I took in a 3243 passenger set for repair today and the wheels on the engine leading and trailing trucks are degrading. Where can I find replacement wheels?

What type of wheels? There were several variations.
The leading and trailing truck wheels are die cast with no tires. They have 10 spokes with a small counter weight. The centers are painted red and they roll freely on their axles. I have attached pictures of the front and back of the wheels. The roughness around the flange is hard to see but is clearly felt.
Those wheels are going to be real tough to find. Actually they don't look too bad from the pictures. However, the axles are in some serious need of lubrication.
