I have a Lionel SD-80 operating with TMCC. The rear coupler opens fine but will not close. If you push on it manually many many times it will eventually close and stay closed. But every time it is activated, it wants to lock open. Front one works fine as did the rear one until today. Other engines with couplers,and the SD's front coupler work fine so it's not TMCC relayed. Even if you remove the engine from the track it won't close. The little plunger in side the coupler moves freely against its spring so it's not jammed but the coupler jams open rock solid every time. Any ideas or similar problems with fixes out there???
