There are different heads used at time than you think. Not Philips though they look the same, but JIS instead (Japanese Industrial Standard)
Search "JIS screwdrivers" here for brand suggestions.
Angles, and a blunt tip are a little different, so if you are destroying screwheads, the JIS should help.
Actually, I think you need JIS screwdrivers, which fit the Asian screws used in the train products we buy. Japanese Industrial Standard Here’s an example.

If you look at the comments, the "Basic" set is really Phillips screwdrivers, and not truly JIS screwdrivers. 
John, If you look at the product description you’ll get the full info. They are JIS screwdrivers. I did a screen shot which didn’t capture the full screen of course. It’s an example as I said. I expect the OP and others to do a little homework. Just as you do by the way.
