Just picked these up this week. I will repaint most of them. Can never have to many on the layout. All $75. Not a bad deal at all.

Many of those seem to be Barclay figures. Considering the number of figures, the doghouses, signs etc., that is a terrific haul for a great price.
I already have half of these on the layout. Some didn't need much work others need a lot.
a great find, Doc!
Thom,
They look great! Remember your buddy Dave if you decide to sell some of the doubles!

I would check to see if any of them stand out to the collectors of die cast figures (such as BBritians) before painting them.
Are those dog houses in the upper right corner?
That looks like figures from "the visitors toybox" here when I was very young
Time, and "all the kids", were not so gentile to the figures .... and it grew much smaller since then, and evolved more after me too. Not too much "tin" today. There used to be plenty of metal figures too. Except maybe the white Marx, the dog(or sheep) and the woman with the basket, most are pretty common toys
I messed up bad and forgot about 4 rubber Auburn figures I took outside to clean. Sunlight and the elements turned them to just wire and dust in about 3 months.
That Auburn yellow tire Plymouth on the other hand is nigh indestructible
This guys paint was the best of any bulk figure I remember.
