K-Line Circus Deisel question

Hello, Sometime age I was looking through an old train mag. I came across an add for K-Line Circus F-3 or F-7 units. I searched the K-Line web site but could find no listing for such a unit. Perhaps someone out there has knowledge as too whether or not these were ever produced. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx Jim R.
