I have a k line heavy weight car with 6 wheel trucks. One truck did the disentigrate thing. These are the old staked on side frames. I could only find the newer screw on type. The new truck s have only 2 wires attached. The old ones have 4 running to it. 2 blk 2 red. How do should these be wired? I ran 1 truck wire red to 2 red light wires & same for black. I have lights but current is running through the whole frame, as it sparks a little when the engine couples & fires the tender coupler when ran a little ways. I know I have something wired wrong but need some help before I short out something more expensive than the car. Thanks.
