I've been searching for a K-Line operating milk car. They are almost nonexistent on Evilbay. I do have a question about it however. Does it require an operating track section to unload the milk cans ? Somewhere I seem to recall reading where it could be controlled via remote transmitter in the same way the Williams by Bachmann operating cars work.

Yes, the Car can be operated anyplace on your Layout by Remote Control! No UCS Track required!! I have all three Units (Car, Platform & K-Line Remote ) For Sale!

So I have the W by B remote, along with the three operating cars they produced to accompany it. The operating boxcar, coal dump and log dump cars. Obviously these cars and remote are or were originally K-Line products.
Fred has the milk car that I want. He also has the remote, which I may not need, as I have the W by B remote.
My question is will the W by B remote work with the K-Line milk car ?
This is way late, but for anyone looking, The Williams by Bachman Remote does not work with K-Line (or K-Line by Lionel) cars. Apparently they use different radio frequencies. I have several of each.
