Kline made by Lionel CSX sd70 manual?

Is there a reset procedure?

The reset is for command control and you would use 8 for a diesel with smoke. I am asking why it is not working in conventional and why I cannot get the manual off Lionel's website. Lionel produced the engine for the KLine club members who paid for it and Kline went out of business. It should be on their site. It is not a 6- number but a 2- number.

I know its not CSX but wouldn't this work? The second link is for the sd-70

Is it an SD-90?  I thought it was an SD-70.

My mistake Stu. It is a sd70. Trying to find the reason why it won't run in conventional. Works fine in command mode.

I have sent a PDF of the sd 70 manual I got when the engine was produced.  It looks great and when it runs is very good.  I have had a few problems with it recently it has ground plane problems.

Thank you for the email with the manual. Runs great in command mode but my club member wanted to use it in conventional.

As for the ground plane issue, just this engine or others doing the same? I would check inside with the antenna wire and where it is coming from the board. Sometimes you might have to move it away from any board there. This info came from a long time Lionel employee who used to operate the visitor center in Michigan.
