Good afternoon everyone, I purchased a few of these awesome water tank kits at York from(Korber) Rich and his wife. They are really nice, also pretty easy to assemble. The instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. The price is right. So here's a few photo's of the assembly and what they look like on top of a building. The wood water tank kit # 701, I weathered this one. The steel water tank # 931, I just sprayed it flat black and then sprayed dull coat on both tanks. They were a lot of fun to build.

Enjoy.

Great job Alex!  Those tanks...especially the wooden one...really make a difference.  In my city, I have a couple of dozen and still don't have enough!  Most of them are Korber but I have also used a variety of HO scale tanks since roof top water tanks came in all sizes.  Nearly all taller buildings, especially early 20th century structures, had some sort of water tank on the roof.  I need to place a large order with Rich!!
