KRL370 Scratch Build

I’m investigating my first scratch build in an attempt to merge my model train and rocketry interests: a KRL370XXX 12 axle / 6 truck flatcar used to carry some of the heavier rocket booster test parts:

I need some help with truck selection to get me started. I know it’s a 125t / 38”wheel with a 73” axle spacing. I’d like something off the shelf but close as I need to manage my tendency to scope creep and never finish. I’ve been eyeing Lionel 6-14251 with rotating caps. But struggle to find info on anyone’s scale wheel diameter or axle spacing. Any help is appreciated.
