Sent e mail to Steve about springs for dz 1000 switches. He answered with in ten minutes. After a question which ones I needed. It appears that they are on their way. Class operation/////////

Nobody does it better than Ross Custom switches. Nobody. And if you break one eg. a throw bar, simply return it to Steve for a free repair. And, if you like the DZ switch machines you have no idea of how great is switches are until you try them with Tortoise switch machines. No comparison.
Steve makes a great product, and is superb in dealing with service questions. Quite refreshing in our hobby.
I've never had good luck with Emails from Ross but regardless, Ross is a first class operation. Just outstanding products. All of my switches (4 in total) and my crossover is Ross. Had an issue with one NIB switch, my "repair" ended up damaging it even more. I called Ross and said just charge my card on file to cover the repair cost. I got it back a few days, no charge.
I really can't say enough. Just excellent products, excellent service.
