Looks like you appear to be mimicking George Sellios abeit on a larger scale... esp if you add in some weathering. LOL!

Paul, The track work is believe it or not is just painted Atlas and Micro Engineering ready to use track. Rails are painted too. You can thank a friend of mine, Dylan Lambert for that work. He does a great job. 

Prrhorseshoecurve, Thanks for the accolades. You're right, the inspiration for the city is

O-Scale of course and from Selios along with other modelers here in Mass, Mike Tylick and Dick Elwell. All inspirational modelers to me. In fact, I am doing the weathering now on some of the city buildings.. More to come.
