Just in time for Christmas,Unless we have a blizzard!

You the man, Lou! Keep posting all you want -- I appreciate the updates and I have one of these beauties on order.
Proud to be an LCCA member.
Wow 4 LCCA updates in the first 5 posts.
This Caponi character is a one-man wrecking ball for the LCCA. He's totally out of control and a public relations disaster. At this juncture, he's having a great time just sticking his finger in everybody's eye.

When it hurts YOUR EYE cry out uncle. When did you start speaking for eveyone. LOL.
And jeez I just meant that he was busy. Lot's of updates.

Save the gasoline, FRANCIS...!!! foROME IS BURNING!!!
And what exactly does that mean Francis?
I must be missing something here. I'm not a member of the LCCA but appreciate knowing what is going on there and I really liked the two part video they posted from their latest meeting. I'm not understanding why anyone would get upset about this - I suppose if you don't like the LCCA, you could just skip the thread?
Lou,
Thank you for the update on this little gem. I'm glad to see where my spent $$ is.
Since I will be running a standard gauge set under our tree this year,a safe delivery in January will be fine for us.
Instead of The Presidential Set or the Christmas Set with reindeer cars, this year could be the Christmas of The Blue Comet! Getting excited for the Christmas Time, especially since we will be home this year.
Seasons Greetings, though very early, to all.
Norm

thats getting pretty hard to do[skip the thread] when every other thread is some post about lcca- this should be on their own website-jim

Wow: I think there are what? Two threads right now active about LCCA, not counting the one I started about their Lincoln funeral train (which was about the train, not them). Doesn't sound close to "every other" but okay . . .
lee , thanks for your support buddy

Looking forward to the set, Lou. Thanks for the update...

And the Lincoln Train isn't even LCCA. It was a LRRC release. But I digress...
I am looking forward to everyone's photos of the Lakeshore and the Generals.
Speaking of the Lakeshore Limited, Lou, what was the total production, was it 250, I forgot. I was just showing the Billboards to Kathy (wife) and mentioned the run was pretty short.
Again, love that Caddy paint!
Sam
Any updates? Did they ship from China yet? Just curious...thanks again Lou.

Well, at least the dockworkers' strike in L.A. is over...hopefully the backlog clears out before these containers hit.
We must be getting close to seeing the set come in; the balance of what I owe was charged to my card yesterday.
