I recently picked up an O Gauge US Army Air Corps Searchlight car (11-70080).
Anyone know why MTH has not continued with this series? I know they are redoing the WWI set.
I would like to see them make an Army #263 w/PS3, Boxcar, Flatcar w/ordinance, Troop Car, Caboose, Etc.
I think they would be a popular and good sellers.

Would very much like to see/have an LCT O gauge Army train myself...locomotive, several cars, and caboose. I wasn't even aware of the 11-70080 car that Paul posted.

Sorry, I couldn't resist, as Ordnance is one of the most commonly-misspelled military words as spell-check goes right through it. Even this month's Model Railroader magazine screwed it up (in the article on a scratch-built S scale Whitcomb)...
Have you examined a set of the US Code, Annotated, lately, Lee? I suspect it would take a train of flatcars to haul it these days ;-)

I just stumbled upon the 11-70080 on the auction site. It was in the 2012 Tinplate Catalog. Since similar Army items have not appeared in the 2013 - 16 catalogs it doesn't appear that MTH has any plans to do an Army series in o gauge.
