Can anyone identify these lead figures? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I bought these figures yesterday at the Old Toy Soldier Network show in Schaumburg, IL. The human figures are 1.5 inches tall or so. The collie dogs are by Britains, and the civilians and two of the railroad figures are by EIRE/Union of South Africa. However, the two porters are not marked. They may be by the same maker as the other humans, but I don't know. I don't believe they are Hornby or Barclay. Do any of you have an idea as to the manufacturer? Thanks in advance!

I believe all of the smaller size figures are either Eire or Authenticast.....You're right, definitely not Barclay.....
