Don't have a complete list of sponsors showing in the top banner. Sure would like to order one of those books.

Yep it's there but took me several refreshes. I think it would be catchier if Lee's name was also in the graphic. It's easy to overlook.
I just googled it, and it took me straight to the amazon page.

I have to agree with Marty E, I find it very quick and easy to use the provided banners rather than to google and type in the advertiser's name. I use the banners all the time.

Thanks for the interest. I like to use the banner ad links to suppliers, too. You can always google, but it is nice to go straight to exactly who you want. Goggling often gets you the guy who paid to be at the top of the list, not the one you want.
I'd prefer to use the banner, but for some reason I'm not getting all of the banners, and Lee's is one that isn't coming up.
I'l be so glad when we move into out new house and I can get a real computer connection that actually works. This thing makes me long for dial up.
I'll keep trying.
I looked for the banner ad over and over before I found it. While it has really big letters, you have to watch it scroll three times to get all the message. If I hadn't read this thread, I would have never seen it. I think that is a problem that you might want to look at.

Now I see what one has to do. Look for one word of the subject, and watch it scroll through for the whole title. I'll have to try it on another subject and see if it works.
Found it.
Ordered it.
Looking for it a week from today.
I hope everyone likes it.
For everyone's information, the second book, all on converting and bashing diecast models to run on 'Streets, is in editing now and I hope to have it printed and available in about a month.
I'll be looking for the second one, too.
I think it will be fun to add some 1950ish tin and plastic... maybe even some old slush moulded or cast... toy cars to my admittedly "toy train" layout. Anything that ends up being scale will be a fortuitous mistake. I'll likely wreck some stuff learning how to do this, but I've wrecked things before.

I wrecked a lot of stuff learning to convert models and make tractor trailers. Its how you learn. Remember, it is never a failure, it's "a learning experince."
Lee, ordered it yesterday. Looking forward to it and the second book.
Thanks for publishing it,
Bob
Picked up the book at the post office today and have it mostly read already... but once will not be nearly enough.
I'm turning up a lot of questions as I go along, questions that I may need help with when the time comes to actually start work.
It would sure help if I had access to a 3 credit college course based on this book.
I can hardly wait for volume two.
Thanks, Lee.
Lee,
I purchased my copy yesterday on Amazon. I was one of the people you send a copy of your early printout of your Super Streets kit bashing. I am excited to get this book and I also look forward to your next book.
