Does the base flash when using the remote? Seems to be getting the signal if it just sits there. What controller?
Everything works tried other legacy engines works as advertised. 990
tried 2 different Bases. and 3 different handhelds
Shay just sets there comes as A shay w/ engine number. Also tried changing it to TMCC. Nothing
I’m not an expert. 6 guys looked at it. No real answers.
So Mr expert what caused it to happen. Ran good at home and at club. Just stopped for no reason. Same handheld and base at home and at the clubs base.
I'm not very good when it comes to electronics and I'm certainly no expert but as GRJ has already indicated, if I experience any problems the first thing I do is pull out the Manual and, more often than not, the problem is resolved by the reset. Consequently I don't try and figure out what 'caused' the problem (because strange things can occasionally happen with our trains) but rather take comfort in knowing what to try first (ie. reset) if an issue should arise.
I have 10 legacy engines. This is the only one that has ever done this. That’s why I posted it on OGR.
I don’t need smart *** remarks from you.
Okay, fellows, set the air brakes.
That made me chuckle. Thank you.
