I hope everyone is doing well. I had a question regarding Legacy engines. For starters, outside of one TMCC engine, I don't operate any Lionel engines. Everything on my layout is MTH and is operated via DCS (including the TMCC engine). In my current setup, I have the Lionel command base connected to my DCS, and operate my one TMCC engine with my DCS remote (understanding this limits my access to all features).
Here's my question. If I add a Legacy engine, do I need to adjust my current setup, or will I be able to run it as if it were a TMCC engine? Again, I understand this would significantly limit my access to most legacy features, but as long as I can control the speed, bell, horn, smoke and engine sounds, I'm happy camper.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
