I have searched but can't find this answer. Using TMCC / Cab 1 operating a Legacy engine, how do you program in the Max speed. What works for TMCC engines / set - flashing headlight / boost - when at preferred speed does not work on my Legacy engines. Is there a Cab 1 Sequence for Legacy max speed?

Hi - There is no max speed setting on a legacy locomotive. This feature was moved into the Cab-2, and is not able to be set from a Cab-1.
You can set the max speed of a TMCC locomotive? What are the steps for this as the one TMCC manual I found online doesn't say.
Thanks Jon. It wasn't the answer I was hoping for. I will just have to pull back the volts / PW ZW's / when the Grand kids are operating Legacy products on the Cab 1's. I do have Cab 2 Legacy as primary, however the cost for additional handsets is outrageous.
