Legacy Railsounds Sequence Control with a Cab1L ??

Now that I have my first Legacy system (Cab 3 and Cab 1L) and my first Legacy Engine I wanted to try Legacy RailSounds Sequence Control.

I hold down the Aux 1 button for three seconds to get the bell/horn signal, but when they start describing throttling up to Step 1 and then Step 2 and Roll mode?? I don't see those on the remote.

Does it only work with the unavailable Cab2 ?
