Semi.

I wish someone would get Lionel a camera with better depth of field for the cover shot. The out of focus cover image is not going to sell many train sets. It looks amateurish. Choosing a photographer who can shoot miniatures would go a long way.

The number you listed says Traditional on the Lionel site. So is the set they link it to. Traditional is semi-scale. I am not positive on this, but pretty sure everything in the Ready to Run catalog is Traditional and the Scale items are all in the Signature catalog.
