So much negativity! But hey thats the OGR Forum . I for one am excited, not because I will be ordering a bunch, but because these books are lots of fun. I will read these through countless times, regardless of if I ordered anything or not. Its good reading!

From what I have been hearing it may not even run that far.
You could have a modeled version of Carel Struycken at the throttle.
I read the dealer sheet at my LHS - I was pleasantly surprised. There is a lot in there - though let's not compare things back to the early 2000s when we had 100 offerings a catalog and 3 catalogs a year.
I was happy to see a famous movie steam locomotive never offered before in O gauge (to the best of my knowledge) - I will definitely be ordering her.
Also theres a shortline road name that any true Penn State railfan should know - I was very surprised to see that!
Penn Stafe or State fan? Do you mean the Bellefonte central?
Most likely it’s the Bald and Mount Nittany shortline. Only 13 more hours!
Any truth to the rumor of a Strasburg 2-10-0 #90 being made by them?

You're thinking of the Nittany and Bald Eagle Railroad (NBER), part of the SEDA-COG group which also include the North Shore, Lycoming Valley, Juniata and a few others.
On a side note - Technically the NBER does not run into State College or the University Park campus. They have the Milesburg-Tyrone branch (featured heavily in the movie "Unstoppable") on the other side of the mountain from State College, and a spur that goes down to Lamont but that's it.
The main campus was directly rail served by the Bellefonte Central and the current bus station in State College (soon to be bulldozed for yet another campus high rise monstrously) was a former train station. Somewhere there's even a photo of PRR E8s at the station bringing in a football special! Sadly those tracks have long been torn up.

That I would definitely order. I have been going with MTH due to the fact that I already have the DCS system (and don’t currently plan on buying a Legacy to add on), but a Bluetooth equipped #90 would get some of my business.

I have been seeing people talk about it. But I do find it a little hard to believe, as I don’t think Lionel ever made a 2-10-0 before. Unless they are doing new tooling
A little bird told me there could be a cool scale Niagara in this catalog - any word on the pricing?
Whether on not there is something that I like or "must have", new catalog time is always special!
Peter
Ok it's the 23rd, where is it?
Noon, I can't wait til noon.

A friend sent this link about misguided eternal hope and spring training. Gosh, I hope the new catalog is a keeper!

Up on "The D & H Bridge Line"
What does that equal in the amount of pulp from trees?
A tree should be so lucky to be a train catalog.

How about a 3rd color of FasTrack. Gray, orange, and a color that would look great under the tree.

Good Catalog but nothing really got my attention saying buy me! I wonder how the Caboose cameras will work, because I haven’t seen the passenger car yet, expansion in HO was okay, just waiting if they redo the Lionmaster Cab Forward

"Final Countdown" playing in my head this morning when I woke up just before 5. Look at it in a few.
I think all the stuff in the new catalog was already in the online store!! : )
Jim
Suprised at the retail price on the nigaria . I would of bet the ranch it be 2k
My thoughts:
Good Catalog, lots of color. I like the Norfolk Southern SD70ACE #1111, and the Tank Cars with the sound. The caboose with camera is interesting, and the RBMN 425 is nice, but I may go with the MTH. Shame about Strasburg however.
