It should have the Addams Lines legacy locomotive.  Goes down the track 6 feet, sings, "The Addams Family, Click, Click!", makes a sound of an explosion, with smoke poring out of it.  After that it never runs again!

From what I have been hearing it may not even run that far.

You could have a modeled version of Carel Struycken at the throttle.

I read the dealer sheet at my LHS - I was pleasantly surprised. There is a lot in there - though let's not compare things back to the early 2000s when we had 100 offerings a catalog and 3 catalogs a year.

I was happy to see a famous movie steam locomotive never offered before in O gauge (to the best of my knowledge) - I will definitely be ordering her.

Also theres a shortline road name that any true Penn State railfan should know - I was very surprised to see that!

Most likely it’s the Bald and Mount Nittany shortline. Only 13 more hours!

You're thinking of the Nittany and Bald Eagle Railroad (NBER), part of the SEDA-COG group which also include the North Shore, Lycoming Valley, Juniata and a few others.

On a side note - Technically the NBER does not run into State College or the University Park campus. They have the Milesburg-Tyrone branch (featured heavily in the movie "Unstoppable") on the other side of the mountain from State College, and a spur that goes down to Lamont but that's it.

The main campus was directly rail served by the Bellefonte Central and the current bus station in State College (soon to be bulldozed for yet another campus high rise monstrously) was a former train station. Somewhere there's even a photo of PRR E8s at the station bringing in a football special! Sadly those tracks have long been torn up.

Any truth to the rumor of a Strasburg 2-10-0 #90 being made by them?

That I would definitely order.  I have been going with MTH due to the fact that I already have the DCS system (and don’t currently plan on buying a Legacy to add on), but a Bluetooth equipped #90 would get some of my business.

I have been seeing people talk about it. But I do find it a little hard to believe, as I don’t think Lionel ever made a 2-10-0 before. Unless they are doing new tooling
