Lionel 2131370 Southern 4501 Detail Problem

Hello everyone! I was recently looking through eBay and found one of Lionel's recent releases of the Southern 4501. Upon further inspection, I noticed the builder's plate is from LIMA. However, the 4501 was built by Baldwin. My question is, what's up with this Lionel?

The builder’s plate isn’t my main concern since that could be replaced rather easily.

Since the 4501 isn’t a standard USRA light Mikado which the Lionel model is, anyways.

If you want a far more accurate yet less detailed model of the 4501, the 1992 Lionel model is still around.
