Anybody else have this problem? I've disassembled, cleaned, greased, replaced the belt, and still the horizontal shaft is very difficult to turn. Even with pliers. So I bought another one as a parts-source, and when I tried that one, the exact same thing! I can usually figure these things out on my own, but this one has me stumped!
