Posting this for a friend.

He says that when he runs the engine conventionally, the headlight will come on. When it's in command mode, it does not. He has reset it several times. Maybe using the wrong code to reset?? He also said that he doesn't think the brake sounds are working in command either but wasn't sure if it's actually equipped with that feature.

Any suggestions on how to get the headlight to work under TMCC?

Hit AUX2. That turns the headlight on and off under TMCC.
