Engine performs fine except stalls going through turnouts. Any suggestions?

You can also install a tether between the pick up rollers on the engine and tender. I did that on mine and it performs flawless through all my switches.

Had to do that very thing with mine. You need a tether from the pick up rollers of the tender to the pick up rollers of the engine.
The other thing you can do is run a braided wire to bridge the point rails to their adjoining rails. Easier on older Ross switches as the point rail was plated steel. The newer point rails are aluminum but you can still drill a hole and insert the wire into it or use a small #0 or #1 screw.

First step. Get a voltmeter and test for power on the rails on all sides of the switches. Some Ross switches have the power feed through and others do not. Next check if all pickups on the engine supply power. If all check good then you may have to hook up secondary pick ups to get power.
The tether between the pick up rollers did the job. Thanks , guys.
