Lionel 681 Turbine Question

Anyone know where I can find the parts that go under this little metal plate.  I recently got a Lionel 681 that is missing all the smoke generation parts. I can find a smoke unit and arm but dont know exactly whats under the metal plate I have circled in the pic below.  One video says its the magnet for the magnatraction.  Havent been able to find that part anywhere, or a good exploded diagram anywhere for a 681 that denotes those parts.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.Lionel681Chassie_1
