I know it doesn’t have Legacy functions but can I control it with a Legacy 990?
Also have a door stuck the last car left side. Any tips. It’s a brand new one. The right functions fine. FYI I didn’t lube them up yet.

You can control it with legacy. Simply program it in as a TMCC engine, and go into the menu where you manually set the information. Go to engine type and scroll down, there is a specific setting for Acelas. As for the door, someone else will have to chime in.
Would the doors be Aux 1 R, Aux 1 F?

Start by cleaning all the wheels on the set.
The manufacture of this set has coated the wheels with a rust inhibiter. If you have a ohm meter handy, check across a pair of wheels, then check between trucks on the same car.
Each car picks up power for it's operation. It is hard to believe, but there can be a 10 volt drop because of this.
