Lionel Bascule Bridge Variations

How many different Bascule Bridges has Lionel made in the last 20 years?

I'm aware of the 6-12948 (Silver) Made in 1996-1997 and the 6-22978 (Black) Made in 1998.

Have any other numbers or colors been made? Any operational differences between the two numbers I've listed above or is the color the only difference.

Lastly, do you think this is an accessory that Lionel will produce again?
