Lionel big red button?

Question here for anyone who knows. Do these work with the cab2 and legacy? They were made for tmcc cab1 back in the day. Saw one for sale here. Would be cool to use it some how on the facia of my layout some day. If not operational maybe just for looks. Any thoughts?

I never looked to see if there is a jack on the cab-2 to plug it in. If not, then no.
