Picked up the Lionel Christmas barn yesterday that will be added to the layout via an added on section at a later date but I wanted to get some pictures and change out the "Plug and Play" cable as well as a modification that IMO makes it the worth more than all the silver and gold in the world. LOL!
Here are some pictures in the familiar MTH packaging with the Lionel branding. As far as I could see all the parts are now stamped "Lionel". They did change out the spring connectors for the Plug and Play dongel. The date on the outer carton was 7/22/2021 so clearly these were in the pipeline much earlier than cataloged.
All in all I really this is a winner for Lionel. I did add something though that IMO makes it a bit better. See the video at the end.
