The trolley does not run smooth not sure if it power or just the traction tire. Does anyone know where to get the traction tires? Sorry if this is on the wrong forum wasn't sure where to post. I will appreciate any help.

I'd start with the usual parts dealers. Many locomotives take the same traction tires.
Are you sure it's the traction tire? You can usually see if they're bad.
Tire is bad, I put a different one on but it is a little wide for the wheel. I can't even find the model number of the trolley. All I see on the Lionel web site is bundled wth streets track.

I'm guessing the trolleys have smaller wheels and take a special tire. Maybe you could start with a reference to what it's bundled with and track back from there.
The part number is 6000065043 TRACTION TIRE / .470" ID x .036" TH x .116" WD for that generation of Trolley and is available from Lionel, when using the search engine I find on the Lionel web site either use the model number or don't get to specific and type say -Trolley and it works well.
