I have a couple of nicks in my Lionel Classics 400e that I want to touch up. Most of them are in the light blue so I need a small bottle of that and I probably should get the dark blue also.
So, what are the part numbers and where do I find them?

For touch up, I always mix my own from oil paint with a drop of medium. It's fairly easy to apply a dab and wipe it off if it's a bad match and try again. I have had decades of experience mixing color as an artist, so I don't know how hard this would be for someone with little or no experience.
The thing is for touch up, the color of the original item has changed with age, so unless you are doing the entire car, it probably won't match. I don't know if a paint store can mix up an oil - I wouldn't put latex on it.
MTH's original paint process involved both the paint and a hardening agent and when, on several occasions, they sent me a bottle of both they advised in their instructions to apply them promptly as the hardener was an unstable compound.
The same paint process was used for the Lionel Classics as well as the Tinplate Traditions lines.
