Hey Ken, Thanks for the reply. I will definitely send some great pictures of my D 223 when completed. I think you will enjoy them. Myself, along with an old Lionel repair guy and close friend build our dealer displays as closely as possible using the same methods used by the Lionel display department . It's a lot of fun and the results are fantastic ! Also, I hope I didn't offend any one regarding my opinion of fast track. It was just that, an opinion. I've had people tell me over the years how can you use Super O, It looks great but the center rail cut's into the roller's (never had that issue) and 112 the switches have problems. The switches can act up but that's usually limited to the non derailing feature but that is an easy fix and it doesn't hurt to have a repair guy from that era with the knowledge equipment to service them.
