I'd like to find the type and a source for some of the Lionel connectors.
First, the spade lug females for Fastrack power connections, I'd like to get some of those.
I'd also like to know where to get the several types of little white connectors used in Lionel TMCC and conventional locomotives with electronics. There are at least three different styles I've seen, depending on the application.

Typically the small female spade connectors are not available through normal retail. You can get the common .250 sized ones from an auto parts stores and they kind of work, but the FasTrack is either 1/8 or 3/16 I purchased some from an online electrical supply (Mouser I believe). I will see if I can find the info at home unless someone chimes in.
For connectors, check out P/N 649 77138-001 and similar types at Mouser, and JST makes some of the white connectors.

No joy with that part number at Mouser, that didn't look like the small connectors.
Here's the two styles of connectors, the first is mostly found in conventional stuff, the second is popular on the TMCC boards. You'll see they are different styles.

They're pretty proud of those, 63 cents each! I found something like it at DigiKey, 7 cents. I think I'll order a batch of those and see what I get.

The ones I got were 7.1 cents each, so I don't feel bad. Also, Digikey only charges a couple of bucks shipping, they don't pad it like most places. $3.59 was the actual price of the parts.
One of the Lionel books i have mentioned part #517-1640, Terminals 16-14 0.110 female disconnect. 0.09 cents a pop from Mouser, but shipping kills ya. I ordered a bunch early this morning - I will let you know how it works.

John, For the white connectors I did this search once. Some are Molex and there is another name for the other style. I found the company and I think they were the minis or the micros. I never followed through since you can get them from lionel, and you start collecting them in repairs.
What I did get from Lionel is colored wire leads that already have the proper terminal on the wire. These snap into the connector and you can build or rebuild your own harnesses.
Search the Lionel web, some of the pictures have the specific name of the white connector, from there a google search will lead you to sources. G
Got the blade connectors covered, found those at Digikey.
The other company is JST, I found those. The ones I was looking for was the Molex ones, I'll search their stuff. I do have an assortment from repairs, the question came up in another train forum and I went looking and couldn't find them. I figure I'll download the data sheets so I can find them in the future.
I've looked at Lionel, but that's like a needle in a haystack if you want something like that specific part.

I missed the part about the white connectors, they are made by Leoco. Here a P.N.
691CN25002, type in Leoco in the search box under replacement parts and go almost to the bottom of the page. All the part numbers are listed begining with 691CN25002. And you know I have them in stock

Bill, I think I'll send the guy with the connector questions your way. 
Bill that is the company and you have to pay attention to the size of the terminals if you are ordering from out side Lionel. Minis or Micros are the match. The Leoco and Molex websites can be overwhelming. G

Size does make a differance, The ones Lionel use are 2.00mm spacing and 2.54mm in the Leoco brand. 3.5mm in the Molex brand.

Lionel also has at least two styles, the ones found on a lot of conventional stuff are a different shell style than the TMCC boards use. Then there's the ones with the flat blades that I've seen for connecting shell lighting and the like...
Just to follow up, the number I posted above for the connectors to FastTrack are correct, I just got my order from Mouser and they fit perfectly - tightly but perfectly.
