Have a Lionel 28862 gp30 that had the front led headlight quit working couple years ago while rear led headlight still worked. Now in the last couple weeks all the cab interior lights and marker lights have quit also but the rear led headlight still works. Any ideas what to look for or try? Already did a reset-no change. All other functions work perfectly like sound and couplers.

I think your bulbs are burned out.Nick
Could be the main lighting board no making contact with the sub boards for the marker and headlights. If the loco was opened recently, contact between the boards may have been broken, or the plugs to the main board for power may be loose.
This doc may help in finding your problem.

Could be the bulbs (especially in the case of the cab light/number board lights), but it could also be one of the circuit boards that powers the lighting circuit. If you remove the shell, look for any broken wires or burn marks on the circuit board on the inside of the nose - this is the voltage regulator and capacitors which provide power to the front marker lights, as well as the upper front headlight/number board lights, and rear lights. The components on this board are all readily obtainable from an electronic parts supply, but unfortunately Lionel does not have the replacement boards.
Lionel has replacement circuit boards for the Legacy GP30s, which I believe could work for the TMCC GP30. The upper headlight/cab light board is part# 620-8381-331, the short nose assembly is part #620-8381-332, and the rear headlight assembly is part #620-8381-333. You will likely need to create a new harness to connect the TMCC motherboard to the short nose assembly, but this can be done using existing wires and either a 5 or 6 position Lecoco-type female connector.
