Lionel Hiawatha Milk Car

LCCA sold a 2 car set in 2004 of two Milwahkee milk cars. One with orange and black Hiawatha paint scheme, 6-52343. I saw this car in a 2006 Lionel Hiawatha Passenger set. Would these cars ever have been mixed with this passenger train prototypically? Thanks for your answer!

I doubt milk cars would be included on the Hiawatha. It would be like having milk cars on premier trains like the Broadway Limited, Super Chief or Empire Builder. Other secondary Milwaukee passenger trains, maybe.
