in my case, i found, the upper micro switch was not functioning properly. this switch is readily available at local outlets, if not individually they are a part of inexpensive boards. i found mine as part of a E3Y-AXIS ENDSTOP SWITCH. cost $3. i had to remove from the board but that was not difficult.
