I know these had some issues with the trucks falling off. Any other issues?

Months later, it seems like a pretty solid little engine. I love mine.
I also heard of issues. I got 4 of these, UP, SF, SP ans SP&S. i had no issues with any of mine, they have been running great for me...
I believe it's the luck of the draw - I purchased a B&M NW2 and it had a loose truck, disconnected drive shaft and motor issue. Purchased a Pennsylvania NW2 and it was perfect, no issues whatsoever. I sent the B&M back to Lionel toward the middle of April - I'm still waiting to get it back.
I'm hoping the new SW's aren't this problematic when they come in
