Lionel No.2760 Automatic Highway Flasher From around 1990 Replacement Bulbs

I have the Lionel Highway Flasher from the late 80's early 90's. The instruction sheet is silent concerning what type of red replacement bulbs are required for this accessory.

Can someone inform me of the correct replacements? Thanks in advance.

They are #53 bulbs painted red (53-301).
