I ordered the set yesterday, FedEx claims it will be here Thursday. I will post a video of the sounds when I get it.
Well here it is! Sorry I ran it on my Disney table. This is with the universal remote controlling it. Sorry I had to also add a picture of my modded docksiders. Obviously the led cab lights and the side rods. I also added weights, they pull pretty good for what they are!

On a side note. Having been a child in the 70s. That Santa voice is rather similar to the Santa in the old animated Frosty The Snowman. Interesting.

Lionel's scale North Pole Central Lines items have become quite collectible since first introduced around 2010 or so. I am glad Lionel continues the journey into higher-end = Legacy holiday/Christmas themed trains. This set has been on my list...this and the PE Acela set.
