Very nice. Have you ever considered making proper pilots for Lionel's FA2s? I have a set that could use them.

I have the pilots to create what I need... but the issue with the PA/FA pilots is that there’s not a continuous radius work with, so with that said, it’s going to have to be a casting process rather than printed. But, yo never know!

Anyne have the drawings of the PA noses with radii?

Don't use the Alco drawings appearing in various publications.  I would say best to buy a body and match those curves.
