Anyone know when Lionel will be shipping their new releases of their 10-wheelers with whistle smoke etc. ???

If you're talking about the 4-6-0s in the 2020 Vol. 2 catalogue, they'll probably ship next summer, in 2021. The usual rule is products catalogued in Vol. 1 are in stores by Christmas of the same year (roughly 10-11 months later). Products catalogued in Vol. 2 generally arrive one year later (roughly 12-14 months later, summer of 2021). It'll be a long time before the Legacy 4-6-0s get here.
