I found for service email works the best.
I just sent an e-mail to their "phone guy" and they are having phone issue this morning with their provider. The provider is working on getting it fixed. If were you I would either wait and try later or send an e-mail to customer service-since I know their e-mail is working.

Glad its not just me. I need to talk to them about something thats better explained via the phone. I guess I'll just try later or tomorrow.
